Website Redesign RFP | Deadline September 18, 2026
The Basalt Chamber of Commerce is seeking a qualified and experienced website design and development agency to redesign and rebuild our website, basaltchamber.org. Our current website was launched in 2019, and no longer meets the evolving needs of our members and the community. We require a modern, user-friendly, responsive website that accurately reflects our brand while effectively communicating our mission and services, as well as visitor information.
We are looking for a long-term partner, not a transactional vendor. The ideal partner will collaborate closely with our team during the build and provide ongoing support, technical maintenance, and strategic guidance post-launch to keep the site current with emerging technologies and accessibility standards. Our intent is to work with someone that really *gets* the chamber, and is committed to ensuring a positive web experience for each of our user types, ultimately making the organization (and our community) stronger.
Staff prefers a collaborative environment, and the selected vendor will be encouraged to provide honest feedback and creative ideas on improvements and opportunities for efficiency after the new website is delivered. This is not a set-it-and-forget-it project.
