Sunlight Mountain Resort, in partnership with local chambers, offers significant savings on select products for the winter season. Sunlight offers a family-friendly ski experience with affordable lift tickets, diverse terrain, and stunning views in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Basalt Chamber staff manages the opt-in process and verifies eligibility on behalf of Sunlight Mountain Resort. Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays in receiving a discount code. Members must complete the opt-in registration by May 31, 2026 to be eligible for discounted products.
New Timeline for 2026-27 season
Sunlight Mountain Resort has established an earlier schedule for the 2026-27 Chamber Discount program, with the opportunity for members to access a custom discount codes offer through May 31, 2026. Final purchases must be made through Sunlight’s website by October 31, 2026. Members are encouraged to review the updated deadlines below to ensure they are able to secure discounted products through their chamber membership. From our President & CEO – We recognize that this is a significant shift from previous years. To the best of our knowledge, this spring offering will be the only time this year members will be able to get access to discounted products from Sunlight Mountain Resort. Pass purchases are personal decision, however if individual chamber members have any interest in getting discounted products from Sunlight, we suggest opting in for the program before the May 31 deadline to gain access to the discount, then decide at a later date if a purchase makes sense, since members have until October 31, 2026 to buy discounted products.
Who is eligible?
The Sunlight Mountain Resort discount program is an exclusive benefit for owners, managers, and employees of Basalt Chamber member businesses and organizations during the discount program window: Mid-April through May 31, 2026.
Eligibility requirements

Member in Good Standing: To qualify, the business or organization must be current chamber member in good standing. The Chamber will not verify eligibility for any member with outstanding invoices. Pay invoices online here.

Employment Verification: This program is strictly for active staff. Spouses and children are not eligible for this specific discount per Sunlight’s rules (Please see Sunlight Mountain Resort’s website for other pass options).

Deadline: Members must opt-in via the registration form by May 31, 2026. Sunlight will not extend this discount offer beyond this date.
Key dates
- May 31, 2026: Final day for employees of chamber member organizations to complete the opt-in registration process with the Basalt Chamber. (Registration is required to receive a discount code).
- June 1, 2026: Chamber staff sends a list of qualified, registered individuals to Sunlight Mountain Resort for processing.
- Early June: Sunlight Mountain Resort emails unique discount codes to verified individual. Members are then able to purchase discounted Sunlight products online.
- October 31, 2026: Final day to purchase discounted Sunlight products (online only).
2026-27 Sunlight discounted chamber products
$349 Sunny 6-Packs
New for 2026: Limit one per person.
A Sunny 6-Pack consists of six full lift tickets that are completely transferable – meaning anyone can use them.

Sunny 6-Packs are physical tickets – They can be picked up in advance of the season July 29-31 or October 29-31 at Sunlight Ski and Bike in Glenwood Springs or on mountain during the winter season at Skier and Rider Services.
$549 Individual Season Pass
Limited to one per employees/owners of chamber member organization (Adults 26 – 69). Spouses/dependents are not eligible.
The 2026-27 season pass is identical to the Individual Season Pass, offered at a lower rate for chamber members.
How To: Access discounted Sunlight products
This is an all digital purchase process for purchasing discounted products.
- Step 1: Opt-In (By May 31) – Individual members completes the Sunlight discount opt-in registration form.
- Step 2: Verification of eligibility – Chamber staff reviews member information and verifies eligibility; members will be contacted if there are any issues. A final confirmation email will be sent once the official list is provided to Sunlight Mountain Resort.
- Step 3: Purchase (June 7-October 31, 2026) – Eligible members receive an email from Sunlight Mountain Resort in early June containing a one-time use discount code. Members then must complete the one-time online purchase with the discount code by October 31, 2026.
STEP 1 | Opt-in

Qualified employees of a Basalt Chamber member complete the opt-in registration form to gain access to the Sunlight Chamber products. Registration is required to receive a discount code. Chamber staff will NOT complete the form on behalf of individuals.
- How To: Opt-in for the discount– While these are the instructions for the Aspen Snowmass program, the process is essentially the same for Step 1.
Important Guidelines (Read Carefully)
Follow these important requirements to receive a unique discount code:
- Use Individual Work Emails: Each discount code is unique to a single email address. Please do not use a generic “info@” or “admin@” email to register multiple people; doing so will result in only one usable code for the entire group.
- If your work email address is not already on file with the Basalt Chamber, use the option to the right: Not yet a member? Click here to continue your event registration.
- Personal/Non-Work Emails: If you must use a personal email address (i.e. you do not have a work email), the Chamber will require additional verification from your employer’s HR department or the business owner to confirm current employment.
STEP 2 | Verification of Eligibility

Chamber staff reviews the registration and determines if the employee and the member are eligible for the Sunlight Mountain Resort Discount program.
If the member does NOT MEET the qualifications:

Chamber staff will contact the employee to explain the required steps that must be taken in order for the individual to be considered eligible. This will delay the overall process.

Avoid this extra step! – Complete the pre-verification checklist PRIOR to Step 1.
If the member does MEETS the qualifications:

Chamber staff will include the qualified employee’s information in the final list sent to Sunlight Mountain Resort on June 1.
The Chamber’s role is to verify eligibility for the discount code.
The rest of the process is between the member and Sunlight Mountain Resort.
STEP 3 | Online Discount Selection & Payment

In early June, eligible members will receive an email from Sunlight Mountain Resort containing a one-time use discount code. Members then must complete the one-time online purchase with the discount code by October 31, 2026. In-person purchases are not possible. Please refer to the email from Sunlight for details.
