In 2018, the Basalt Chamber of Commerce was the recipient of two Blueprint 2.0 program awards – Brand Building for Communities, and Co-working 101. These were technical assistance grants from the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), which subsequently included implementation funding.

- In late 2017, the Basalt Chamber of Commerce was the recipient of a $25,000 Marketing Matching grant from the Colorado Tourism Office (CTO). two Blueprint 2.0 program awards – Brand Building for Communities, and Co-working 101. It was one of 28 organizations that received funds from the state. The money leveraged existing funds from the Town of Basalt (lodging tax revenue) and an Eagle County grant to meet the match requirements. This allowed the Basalt Chamber to execute a $50,000 marketing campaign during the 2018 calendar year.
