AllOne Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Program Basics

The Basalt Chamber has partnered with Western Slope based AllOne Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide Chamber members a discounted rate for comprehensive employee assistance program services for employees and their families. Services include confidential mental health counseling with local therapists who offer in-person and telehealth sessions, legal and financial consultations, and benefits to support organizations impacted by conflict or tragedy. By including EAP services as part of the overall benefits package, employers are supporting the entire employee – mind and body. Further, EAP support also helps employees establish the work-life balance that creates happier, healthier employees. (Click here for a short, two-minute video.)

The AllOne Health Employee Assistance Program is offered as a benefit of being a member of the Basalt Chamber.

About AllOne Health

AllOne Health EAP is a boutique employee assistance program designed to provide strategic employee services tailored to benefit the unique and specific needs of each of our individual clients. We provide comprehensive and flexible employee assistance and student support services for employers and schools throughout the Rocky Mountains and High Plains states. Like the employers we work with, we care about the whole health of the employees we serve. This is why we continually look for ways we can expand our services.

AllOne Health EAP partners with employers to help employees and their families weather life’s storms and promote a healthy workforce. AllOne Health supports the employee through counseling, financial and legal consultation, work-life benefits, and life coaching. Evidence shows that employees who are challenged by emotional, financial, and legal troubles can lose motivation, and the results are higher health care costs, less productivity, more accidents, and low morale.

Employers can rely on AllOne Health in the workplace with crisis response, workplace consultation, and training. AllOne Health is also a strategic resource for managers and human resource professionals.
