Sunlight Mountain Resort, in partnership with local chambers, provides an incredible benefit to our members through its chamber deals on select products for the winter season. Sunlight Mountain offers a family-friendly ski experience with affordable lift tickets, diverse terrain, and stunning views in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.
Who is eligible?
Owners, managers, and employees of a business/organization that is a current member of the Basalt Chamber of Commerce are eligible to participate in this program – as it is a benefit of membership. “Current member” means that the business/organization does not have any outstanding invoices. The Basalt Chamber works with Sunlight to administer the program for eligible member businesses’ employees.
Individual qualified employees of a Basalt Chamber member looking to secure discounted Sunlight product(s) must opt-in to the Sunlight Chamber Discount Program with the chamber by August 1, 2025. The chamber will share this list of qualified individual with Sunlight staff. Then on August 4, 2025, Sunlight will send out emails on with purchase instructions and one-time discount codes to all the interested qualifying employees of Basalt Chamber member business/organizations.
The Chamber’s role is to verify that the organization is a member in good standing, and that the individual interested is a qualifying employee. Once chamber verification is complete, chamber staff will provide a list of qualified chamber member individuals to details to Sunlight, who will then contact the qualifying employees via email with purchase instructions and one-time discount codes.
Key dates
- August 1, 2025: Last day for qualified employees of a Basalt Chamber member to opt-in to the verification process with the Basalt Chamber.
- August 4, 2025: First day for qualified employees of a Basalt Chamber member to purchase the discounted Sunlight Mountain Resort products via the discount code sent by email.
- December 11, 2025: Last day for qualified employees to complete an online purchase for discounted Chamber products.
2025-26 Sunlight Chamber Products
$349 Sunny 6-Packs – Unlimited quantity, per one-time purchase.
A Sunny 6-Pack consists of six full lift tickets that are completely transferable – meaning anyone can use them.

$529 Season Pass – Limited to one per employees/owners of chamber member organization (Adults 26 – 69). No spouses.
The 25-26 season pass includes:
- Unrestricted skiing and riding for the 2025-26 season (Regularly $699)
- Free Uphill Season Pass ($50 value)
- Free Powder Pass – Get first-tracks at 8:30 a.m. when it snows 4″ or more overnight (4 p.m. to 4 a.m.)
- 10% off at Sunlight Ski & Bike
- 10% off Food & Beverage Items at the Mountain
- Additional “ski free” days at a host of other Colorado Resorts, including Loveland, Monarch, Powderhorn, and Ski Cooper.
Purchasing discounted passes
New for 2025! Sunlight has an all digital purchase process for buying discounted Chamber prodcuts.
- Individuals are restricted to a one time purchase with coupon code (individuals may purchase as many 6 packs as they would like during that single purchase)
- Discounts are only available through online purchase. Discounts will not be honored in person.
- Sunlight will send out emails with purchase instructions and one time discount codes on August 4, 2025.
- The individual who qualifies for the discount must use the one time discount code before opening day on December 12, 2025

STEP 1 | Opt-in
Member takes action
Qualified employees of a Basalt Chamber member must need to complete the opt-in form to gain access to the Sunlight Chamber products.
Important:
- Complete the pre-verification checklist PRIOR to Step 1.
- READ ME | How To: Opt-in for the discount– While these are the instructions for the Aspen Snowmass program, the process is essentially the same for Step 1.
- If your work email address is not already on file with the Basalt Chamber, use the option to the right: Not yet a member? Click here to continue your event registration.
- Chamber staff will NOT complete the form on behalf of the business.
STEP 2 | Verification of Eligibility
Chamber takes action
Chamber staff reviews the registration and determines if the employee and the member are eligible for the Sunlight Mountain Resort Discount program.
If the member does NOT MEET the qualifications:
- Chamber staff will contact the employee to explain the required steps that must be taken in order for the business to be considered eligible. This will delay the overall process.
- Avoid this extra step! – Complete the pre-verification checklist PRIOR to Step 1.
If the member does MEETS the qualifications:
- Chamber staff will include the qualified employee’s information in the final list sent to Sunlight Mountain Resort staff, indicating that the individual is approved.
Important:
- Allow up to two business days for Chamber staff to process the registration form and complete the verification of eligibility for the discount.
- Chamber staff will not verify your eligibility with Sunlight Mountain until the annual membership investment has been made. Pay online.
The Chamber’s role is to verify eligibility for the discount.
The rest of the process is done directly with Sunlight Mountain Resort.
STEP 3 | Online Discount Selection & Payment
Member takes action with Sunlight
Sunlight will send out emails with purchase instructions and one time discount codes to all the qualified employees of Chamber members who are registered and are verified on August 4, 2025.
